About Replacement

For shipping damage or any concerns, please contact us within 5 days. Please understand that Digital images regarding to the damage are requested to process the replacement. Digital Images could be sent to customerservice@interiortradefurniture.com. As long as it is reported within 5 days of item delivered, we will take care of the issue and send replacements at our cost as soon as possible.

However, If customer refuse to take replacement and only want to cancel the order, we will have to consider it as customer remorse return (30% fee and both way shipping fee need to be paid by the customer). We only send full refund at the condition that the item is discontinued neither we have a replacement in good condition to send in future. After 5 days of item delivered, please refer to our return policy below.



About Return

Although we stand firmly behind our quality products, we respect your decision. All items come with a 20 days return policy.  If you would like to return your item(s), please contact us (customerservice@interiortradefurniture.com /312-788-8689) and provide your order number. 

For all item returns/order cancellations, you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee (this covers the item's open-box status as well as handing charges for completing your shipment and return).  In addition, you are responsible for both way shipping fees that have incurred. Freight and shipping fee bills are available once all transits and deliveries have been completed. You can either arrange for the return shipment yourself or we can provide you with return shipping arrangements.  If you are shipping the item(s) back on your own (i.e. not utilizing a return label or freight shipment issued by Interior Trade Furniture), only the outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your total price paid for your refund.

Customer must return all products in the exact condition, and in the exact packing materials it was received in, at the customer’s expense, in order to be eligible for refund.
