Upon approval and verification of credit card information, orders will be processed for shipment. Sorry we do not ship to HI and AK.
In Stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. Arrival time is generally 3 to 8 business days depending on your location. Certain orders may require special processing due to limited quantities on particular items. Interior Trade Furniture will notify customers who have placed orders for these “out of stock” items in 1-2 days.
Smaller products will be shipped with regular ground shipping (FedEx). The average transit time is between 3-7 business days (not including pre-ship time) for any destination in the contiguous United States. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at the address. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.
If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file.
Please note that if you purchase multiple Ground Shipping items, they may be shipped via Truck Freight instead at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Truck Freight/Common Carrier
Most of the furniture we sell are simply too big or too heavy for a regular Parcel Services to handle. A trucking company (or commonly known as a common carrier) is the delivery method of choice for the furniture industry. The carriers will only unload the furniture to the CURBSIDE. They will only deliver during business hours between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, by appointment.
Please make sure that you have adequate help to move the furniture. If you requests inside delivery or any additional service from the freight company, you will receive bills for those service and the service charge can be very high. If you really wants a inside delivery, call us before you placing the order to get a quote.
