Return & Exchange

Although we stand firmly behind our quality products, we respect your decision. All items come with a 20 days return policy.

To return an item, simply follow the instruction below:

1) Email customerservice@interiortradefurniture.com the following information to request for return authorization: order # and reason for return. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your request.

* The merchandise must be returned in the same package and material it was received in.

2) Once you are provided with an RA #, you will be responsible for shipping the item at your expense back to its warehouse of origin, unless advised otherwise.

* Interior Trade Furniture will not be held responsible for any return item lost in transit. It’s highly recommend you use a traceable and insured shipping method.

3) Once your returned item(s) have been received, inspected, and deemed to be in original condition, we will process the refund, LESS 10% restocking fee and the actual outbound freight costs Interior Trade Furniture absorbed and and waived per its free shipping policy.

* Restocking fee covers the item’s open-box status as well as handing charges for completing your shipment and return.

 

About Replacement

For small package delivered by FedEx shipping damage or any concerns, please contact us within 5 days. Please understand that Digital images regarding to the damage are requested to process the replacement. Digital Images could be sent to customerservice@interiortradefurniture.com. As long as it is reported within 5 days after item delivered, we will send replacements at our cost as soon as possible.

For freight shipment, in the event in which a customer receives a visibly defective item which may have been due to packaging/shipping/etc., it is solely the customers responsibility to notate the damage on the POD and notify us within 48 hours in order to be able to receive a free replacement.
